(Note: Shop functionality is currently inactive. These terms apply immediately upon the commercial launch of our store.)

• Pricing & Payment: Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms.

• Digital Goods (E-Book Bundles): Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales of digital e-books are final, except where the law requires otherwise. After purchase, you will receive a secure link to download your file. If a file is defective or you cannot access it, contact us and we will make it right. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

• Physical Goods (Companion Boards): Our boards are handmade, so wood grain, color, and engraving vary from piece to piece, and product photos are representative rather than exact. We will make every effort to ship within the processing times stated on the product page, but those times are estimates, not guarantees. To the extent the law allows, risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you when we deliver the item to the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly. Return and exchange terms for physical items will be stated at checkout.
